About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, supporting the construction industry with tender administration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales tenders and admin tasks for the construction industry
  • Maintain accurate records of tender processes and deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize MS Office and CRM systems to streamline administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years experience as a Sales | Tender Administrator in the Construction Industry
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Admin | Sales | Construction Management or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Construction Tender Processes
  • Proficient on MS Office and CRM Systems
  • Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
