About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & NBD Representative to join our team at MF Spa & Beauty Placements in Durbanville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining relationships with clients across our territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product allocation and sales commission management
- Build strong relationships with clients, stockists, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and maintain positive working relationships
- Travel extensively throughout the Cape Winelands, Overberg, Garden Route, and Eastern Cape regions to meet with clients and promote our products
- Utilize sales apps and computer software to manage sales data, track progress, and optimize sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance, product stock levels, and customer interactions
Requirements
- Ability to travel out of province on a bi-monthly schedule
- Applicable Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care or Cosmetology or Somatology
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds certification
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the skin care industry
- Professional English command (read, write, and speak)
- Sales driven with a strong ability to generate sales and maintain stock levels

Salary & Benefits
- R21,600 Cost to Company before statutory deductions and commission (includes R15,600 Basic)

- Performance Incentives and new opening order bonuses
- Company travel and overnight expenses for business trips exceeding 150km from office
