From guest relations and team management to assisting in F&B, housekeeping, and lodge activities, youll be the driving force behind memorable stays for every guest. Both of you will work closely with lodge management to maintain service excellence while embracing the lifestyle and adventure of lodge life. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing all lodge operations and staff, promoting a positive and professional team culture * Take ownership of guest relations, ensuring every guest receives personalised attention * Support F&B, housekeeping, and lodge activities where needed * Assist with reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and overall guest experience * Help maintain standards, compliance, and smooth operational flow across all departments * Be visible, approachable, and proactive in all areas of lodge life Requirements: * Previous lodge, hotel, or safari experience advantageous * Strong people skills and the ability to lead by example * Hands-on, flexible, and willing to get involved in all aspects of lodge operations * A couple who works well together and thrives in a fast-paced environment * Guest-focused, with a warm, professional, and approachable demeanour * Live-in availability essential Whats on Offer: ?
