About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing health and performance brand distributing nationally through major retailers and online platforms. They are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Marketing Execution Lead to take ownership of campaign rollout and ensure flawless execution across all marketing channels. This is a high-impact role working directly with leadership and will play a key role in scaling the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate campaign strategy into detailed execution plans
- Manage timelines across content, influencers, paid media, and activations
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Own the planning and delivery of photo and video shoots (agency coordination, briefing, timelines)
- Ensure all campaigns go live on time and to a high standard
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Campaigns run on time, every time
- Clear structure across a previously fragmented team
- High-quality content delivered consistently
Requirements
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary/ qualification
- Min 3 years experience in similar role
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination ability
- Experience in marketing, campaigns, or agency environments preferred
