Requirements:
- Background in accounting or finance (advantageous for project reconciliations)
- Experience in a combination of internal sales and estimating
- Ability to cost projects, including labour and materials
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Available immediately
Key Responsibilties:
- Assist with internal sales functions and related administrative support
- Support sales representatives with stock ordering and coordination
- Reconcile project costs, ensuring accuracy across labour, materials, and overall project expenditure
- Assist with estimating and costing of projects, including labour and material calculations
- Provide general support within the estimating and internal sales environment as required
