MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  • Technical trade certificate advantageous
  • 3–5 years farm / technical operation experience
  • Proven team supervision experience
  • Valid Code 08/EB licence (essential)
  • Electrical fault-finding & repairs
  • Plumbing, pipework & pump maintenance
  • Irrigation installation & programming
  • Farm equipment operation
  • Levels & site measurement
  • Basic welding advantageous
  • Genuine passion for farming
  • Loves outdoor hands-on work
  • Strong practical problem-solver
  • Process-of-elimination thinker
  • Self-motivated & takes initiative
  • Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
