About the Role
The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing deliveries and collections, and investigating product-related queries and complaints in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and on-time customer services and deliveries/collections are maintained at all times.
- Action any queries and complaints promptly.
- Liaise with customers regarding their complaints by receiving telephonic calls, emails, or written complaints from sales.
- Investigate any product shortages, oversupplies, and complaints related to service levels.
- Manage control and report all quality defects.
- Perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
Minimum Grade 12/N3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the fastener industry. Warehouse and Customer Service experience required.
