We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, or service requests. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent service at all times. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
