About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Horticulturist to join our team in Franschhoek, where you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of garden maintenance and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general garden maintenance & activities
- Assist with various garden projects
- Assist management with the production of: Honey Olives Fruit Vegetables Herbs Cut flowers Nursery Composting & Waste
- Regular inspections on garden equipment
- Assist in the daily management of garden employees
Requirements
- Fluent in both English & Afrikaans
- Computer literate (specifically MS Office)
- Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Diploma in Horticulture
- 3 yr’s experience in a similar role
