About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reservationist for a hospitality property in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel reservations and a strong understanding of revenue management principles and rate structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process hotel reservations and cancellations
- Manage room inventory and availability
- Apply revenue management principles to optimize occupancy and rates
- Utilize PMS systems (Protel advantageous) and OTA extranets for efficient booking management

- Previous experience in hotel reservations
