About the Role
Windmeul Cellar, located on the verdant Northern slopes of Paarl Mountain in the heart of the Winelands, is renowned for creating wines of distinction that are enjoyed both locally and abroad. An exciting career opportunity exists for a CEO & Cellar Master to lead the cellar in achieving its strategic, production, and financial objectives.

- Strategic Management and Planning
- Managing cellar and winemaking process
- Managing viticultural activities
- Managing facilities & infrastructure and the maintenance thereof

Requirements
A degree in winemaking / viticulture
Additional qualification(s) in management / finance will be beneficial
At least ten years of relevant experience at a management level with proven experience in the wine industry
Knowledge of / experience in the management, upkeep & expansion of cellar facilities
Proven experience in staff management
Sound marketing, sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
Ability to maintain strong interpersonal relationships
