About the Role
The Senior Electrician role at Tanya Serra Food, Wine, Hospitality Recruitment is a critical position that oversees the safe, reliable, and fully compliant operation of all electrical systems across a diverse, multi-faceted estate. As the accountable owner of electrical infrastructure, projects, and compliance, this senior electrician drives the disciplined execution of electrical projects while providing strong leadership to the electrical function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain all electrical infrastructure across the estate (MV & LV systems)
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards
- Manage and sign off on Certificates of Compliance (CoCs)
- Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical team and external contractors
- Plan, execute, and deliver electrical projects on time and within budget
- Maintain audit readiness and uphold governance standards
- Identify risks, implement preventative maintenance, and ensure system reliability
- Support operational departments with efficient and safe electrical solutions
Requirements
- Trade Qualification: Electrician (Red Seal or equivalent)
- Master Electrician Certification
- Valid Wireman’s Licence
- MV authorisation and competency certification
- Valid driver’s licence
- Registration with relevant statutory/professional bodies
