About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Agent to join our 5-star luxury boutique hotel in Franschhoek. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other financial transactions
- Utilize Property Management systems to manage room inventory, rates, and availability
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Front Office operations of a luxury hotel
- Proficient in use of various well-known Property Management systems
- Conversant with specialist terminology including F&B service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Wardrobe, Security, and Operational Finance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
