Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, repair, and inspection of agricultural equipment and machinery to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to support both workshop and field service operations. As part of a CASE Agency, the role will focus specifically on CASE agricultural machinery and equipment , ensuring high service standards in line with manufacturer and VKB requirements. Requirements Grade 12 or NQF4 Completed N2 – Tractor Mechanic At least 2 to 5years experience as a mechanic Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems Thorough, precise and accurate Constantly adding value to the current functions of the position Clear Criminal Record Teamwork Duties And Responsibilities Compile quotations according to customer needs and specifications Service, repair and overhaul the mechanical parts of agricultural equipment and vehicles Ensure that all work sheets for services rendered, are done according to VKBs policies and procedures Comply with all Health and Safety standards Build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers Correctly complete all guarantee claims and claims information Train and mentor all relevant personnel regarding VKBs policies and procedures Cross-market all relevant products and promotions Continuous liaison with internal departments, suppliers and clients Daily ADHOC duties as required Other Information The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
