About the Role
The Contract Manager will be responsible for providing security advice to clients, conducting threat and risk assessments, and managing client relationships. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, including manpower management, equipment management, and incident investigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct security advice to clients
- Perform threat and risk assessments
- Manage client relationships and professional client relationships
- Manage manpower and equipment
- Deal with and manage client complaints effectively
- Ensure contractual requirements are met at all times
- Chair disciplinary hearings
- Manage incidents and investigations
- Ensure compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code
- Manage health and safety
- Solve Security Officers’ problems reported
- Follow company SOPs
- Follow BPC policies and procedures
- Organize training as required
- Conduct after-hour visits and standby duties
Requirements
- PSIRA certification Grade A
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years experience in a management position in the Mining environment
- Experience in Chrome/Platinum/Illegal Mining
- Investigation/intelligence experience
- Relevant experience as an administrator
- Ability to communicate and present at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure
