Job Description
- Coordinating and taking care for a certain market rollout in all belongings of my product
- Maintains overview over the Feature Team specific processes & structures.
- Ensures that the Feature Team solution for a market will be implemented & tested.
- Conduct all FIT/GAP workshops & introduces the template processes to markets.
- Ensure that Fit-to-Template workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs.
- Organises and ensures that potential GAPs are discussed with the FT experts.
- Maintains documentation of findings according to centrally provided documentation approach (e.g., Process
- FIT).
- Ensures that the required data collection sheets are filled out (master data & customizing).
- Ensures business and technical roll-out activities are considered in my Feature Team´s wave planning /
- backlog.
- Overview of Feature Team specific defects and support coordination that defects are resolved.
- Plan training and ensures training is conducted.
- Ensures that the migration mapping workshops will take place and that these result in final mappings.
- Ensure that authorisation topics are collected and addressed to the right colleagues.
- Support the FT specific UAT planning, FT specific cut over activities collection & migration and supports
- coordination during stabilization phase.
- Full responsibility for processes, functionalities and systems/interfaces within the initiative/project.
- Responsible for design, execution and monitoring of certain test management related activities within the
- project and/or product.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- BCOM in Accounting
- Post graduate degree or certification.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous)
