About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to the Owner. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist families and clients with professionalism, empathy, and care.
- Coordinate funerals, appointments, and maintain schedules.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with internal processes.
- Create funeral booklets and communication.
- Support operational tasks as needed and assist with funeral policies.
- Prepared to work Saturdays.
