About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dealer Principal to lead our Gauteng – East Rand dealership, driving sales growth, revenue generation, and stock optimization while maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive OEM performance across Sales, Market Share, CSI/SI, and Aftersales KPIs
- Lead sales growth, revenue generation, and stock optimisation
- Take full accountability for P&L, Net Profit, and EBITDA delivery
- Analyse management reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and execute business, marketing, and sales strategies
- Build and lead a high-performance management team (HODs)
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Oversee inventory management and cost control
- Ensure optimal utilisation of systems, processes, and dealership resources
- Drive customer satisfaction and exceed S/CSI targets
- Implement initiatives aligned with evolving customer expectations
- Foster a people-first culture focused on performance and engagement
- Ensure full compliance with corporate governance, risk, and legislative requirements (CPA, FAIS, FICA)
- Protect and enhance the brand reputation and dealership image
