Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support across the business
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day tasks, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
  • Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and various stakeholders
  • Take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion
  • Coordinate small events, meetings, and engagements (end-to-end)
  • Manage supplier communication and follow-ups (e.g. IT support, service providers)
  • Assist with onboarding and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate records and support basic financial/admin coordination
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where required
  • Ensure ongoing operational processes are maintained and improved

 
Requirements

  • Matric is a mandatory requirement
  • Proven experience in a strong administrative / operations support role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident dealing with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience coordinating events or projects is advantageous
  • Own reliable transport (fuel provided)
  • Flexibility to work between Kya Sand and Craighall as required
