About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional couple to lead one of Africa’s most iconic safari lodges in Botswana, delivering uncompromising luxury and stability at our flagship camp. As senior management, you will be responsible for operational excellence, guest experience, and team leadership within a remote, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch safari experiences
  • Act as visible hosts and brand ambassadors
  • Continuously elevate service standards
  • Manage the entire guest journey with precision
  • Oversee end-to-end lodge operations
  • Ensure high standards in food & beverage, guiding, housekeeping, and presentation
  • Manage cost control and stock systems effectively
  • Build, lead, and retain strong teams
  • Drive succession planning and talent development

  • Collaborate closely with HR and staff committees
  • Oversee lodge maintenance and asset care
