About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Food & Beverage to join our team at Elchemie in Gauteng. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple F&B sites, ensuring service delivery meets contractual standards and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B sites, ensuring service delivery meets contractual standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and compliance with company procedures
- Ensure operational efficiency and consistent service standards across all sites
Requirements
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management, including the training of waiters, chefs, and scullers
- Experience within labour broking / outsourcing environment
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel extensively between sites
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
- Excellent people management and client relationship skills

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary package with room for negotiation – CTC – p.m. R28 000 – R30 000
Administration & Reporting
- Ensure all operational reports, documentation, and records are accurate and submitted on time
