Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and strategic account objectives within the public sector portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Represent the full range of products and services to customers
- Lead account planning cycles and ensure that customers’ needs and expectations are met
- Negotiate pricing within set guidelines to maximize profitability
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with clients to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure the retention of customers and manage risk exposure
- Prepare accurate reports on pipeline, growth opportunities, and account activity
- Manage proposal presentations and RFP responses
- Ensure compliance with administrative tasks and SLA agreements
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the public sector
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strategic relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver on growth and revenue targets
- Solid understanding of account planning and customer profitability
- High level of professionalism and consultative approach
