About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Services Lead to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering life-cycle services that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Define life-cycle services vision, offering, and service catalogue
- Develop SOPs, KPIs, and RACI structures
- Integrate seamlessly with project teams during handover and warranty phases
- Establish systems and infrastructure for service delivery
- Develop spares catalogues, pricing strategies, and inventory optimisation
- Manage fulfilment partners, OEM repairs, and field service coordination
- Respond to client spares and service requests
- Source parts, consumables, and equipment at optimal cost
- Ensure compliant invoicing, logistics, and ERP integration
- Grow recurring revenue streams through service contracts
- Run QBRs, asset health reviews, and service performance meetings
- Manage escalations and resolution processes
- Deliver proactive insights that strengthen long-term client relationships
- Deploy remote condition monitoring and analytics tools
- Lead root-cause failure analysis and reliability initiatives
- Drive preventative and predictive interventions to reduce downtime
- Feed field learnings back into engineering and design teams
- Close the loop on continuous improvement and operational feedback
Requirements
- Strong experience in life-cycle support, service operations, or asset management
- Exposure to process plant, modular systems, or industrial equipment
- Commercial acumen with recurring revenue focus
- Understanding of spares logistics, warranty management, and field service
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capability
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field
