About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Quality Inspector to take full accountability for operational performance within designated security sites. The successful candidate will lead teams, ensure full compliance with SLAs and industry standards, and maintain strong client relationships while driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control allocated sites and security personnel to ensure full compliance with SLAs, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational effectiveness across all assigned areas.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and professional interaction.
- Manage employee discipline, performance, attendance, and conduct in line with company procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain operational standards.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions where required.
- Prepare, submit, and present accurate operational reports and feedback to management.
- Ensure staff are correctly deployed, trained, and compliant with PSIRA and contractual requirements.
- Respond to operational incidents and client concerns timeously and professionally.
Requirements
- South African Citizen
- Valid Drivers License and own reliable transport
- PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B)
- Firearm Competency for Business Purposes
- Clear Criminal Record
- Minimum 5 years experience in the security industry, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong client liaison and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage, discipline, and lead staff effectively
Qualifications
- Original South African Identification Document
- Original PSIRA Certificate
- Original School Certificate (Minimum Grade 10)
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae
- Minimum 5 years guarding experience
- Registered on a SETA learnership programme (advantageous)
