About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrator Clerk to join our team in Kempton Park, Gauteng. As a key member of our sales and administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing sales leads, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients
- Handle Sales enquiries and leads
- View the client’s household goods if required
- Prepare the cost estimate for the quote
- Follow up on the quote
- Monthly Sales Reports on follow-ups
- Open files for secured moves
- Book the move on the operations board
- Attend Job visits if required
- Liaise with Shipping regarding the move
- Handle Tender requests
- Administrative functions
- Assist with claims administration
- Invoicing
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Accuracy with figure work
- Computer literacy in Google web-based applications, Excel and Word
- Good Command of the English language – grammar and spelling
- Valid driver’s licence (minimum code 8)
- Prior sales experience is beneficial
