About the Role
The Stakeholder Relations Intern will work closely with our founder to build and nurture strategic relationships with our key stakeholders, including retailers, content creators/influencers, and brand partners. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at forging partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with retailers, content creators, and brand partners to support company strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Craft and distribute clear, compelling communication materials such as newsletters, proposals, and partnership briefs.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing stakeholder events, workshops, exhibitions and collaboration initiatives that showcase company commitment to clean and sustainable skincare.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with Marketing to identify and secure new partnership opportunities.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather stakeholder feedback, track engagement metrics, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions and improve partnership effectiveness.
Requirements
South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
Matric.
Recent graduate of a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture professional relationships, with an interest in strategic partnership development.
Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities to juggle multiple stakeholder initiatives.
Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, mission-driven team.
Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in clean skincare, wellness, and environmentally responsible business practices.
