Job Description
- Open and close the store
- Manage daily floor operations
- Supervise, lead, and motivate staff
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Take full responsibility for the store when management is not present
- Monitor stock levels and store presentation
- Operate Odyssey POS and software accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager / Store Manager in retail would be advantageous
- Proven experience using Odyssey software (non-negotiable)
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Hardware retail experience will be advantageous
Working Hours:
- Retail trading hours
- Saturdays: until 13:00
- No working on Sundays
Salary:
- R15,000 – R25,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance-based earning potential
