About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales growth, operational performance, and profitability across our Nelspruit territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store profitability, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives, while also supporting franchisees and store management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and operational performance across the territory
- Manage store profitability, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives
- Support franchisees and store management teams
- Conduct operational audits and ensure brand compliance
- Identify new site development and expansion opportunities
- Analyse business performance and provide strategic reporting
- Build strong stakeholder and landlord relationships
- Support local marketing and business growth strategies
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a QSR, FMCG, or multi-unit franchise environment
- Strong commercial and operational management experience
- Experience with P&L management and financial performance analysis
- Franchise / Business Management qualification advantageous
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with POS systems and operational reporting platforms
