About the Role
The Medical Accounts Controller role at Sandi Crowther Recruitment is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage medical accounts effectively. We are seeking an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, strong working knowledge of medical coding systems, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve claims queries effectively
- Manage medical accounts, including investigating and resolving claims queries
- Utilize proficiency in Health Bridge, iHealth, or Vericlaim software
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with medical aid processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a medical practice
- Proficiency in Health Bridge, iHealth, or Vericlaim software
- Strong working knowledge of ICD10 codes, RPL codes, modifiers, PMB, and medical aid processes
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve claims queries effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
