About the Role
The Production Administrator role at Route Management involves providing administrative support to the production team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Job card preparation
- Consumables ordering
- Production Employee Administration (Leave, Sick notes, Timesheets etc.)
- General Production admin (Possibly Syspro based in the future)
- Facilitate paperwork such as stock req, gate passes and printing of BOMs
- Provide administrative assistance to Production Manager and Production Supervisors when needed
- Facilitate fitment job cards manually and on Syspro
- Facilitate orders and receiving of fitment components
- File and track daily checklists for safety purposes
- Update Notice Boards
- Assisting with all ISO paperwork en keeping templates up to date
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work in a factory environment
- Strong administrative skills
