• Develop and optimize CNC cutting programs using SigmaNEST software.
• Interpret Engineering drawings and convert them into accurate cutting instructions
• Ensure maximum material yield and minimize waste through effective nesting strategies
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a SigmaNEST programmer (2-5 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CNC cutting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with manufacturing workflows
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and team work abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Candidate must be able and willing to work day and or nightshift.
