About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Reservations Consultant to join our team at Hospitality and Outdoor Ltd in Cape Town. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business.
- Respond to queries’ and assist our customers by telephone and email.
- Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
- Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Deadline orientated and a good eye for detail and ability to multitask
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, organized and disciplined work ethics
Requirements
- 3-5 years previous experience in reservations for a 4/5 star establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Nebula Highly Beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
