Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Technician to join our team in Harrismith, who can efficiently manage repair orders and achieve workshop labour targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete repair orders within the allocated time frame
- Achieve workshop labour targets by working efficiently and upselling where possible
- Diagnose customer problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Communicate solutions effectively to customers
- Ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner and booked out to job cards for efficient repair completion
Requirements
- Trade with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Previous dealership experience is essential
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
