Required: Complete repair orders efficiently and timeously within the allocated time Achieve workshop labour targets by working efficiently and upselling where possible Diagnose customer problems, provide appropriate solutions and communicate these effectively Ensure that parts are ordered timeously, and booked out to job cards to enable timeous repair completion Must have a Trade with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar environment Previous dealership experience essential Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet workshop targets Fluent in English and Afrikaans
