Job Summary
A leading Food Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Quality Manager – Meat Production with strong experience in food safety management, preferably in abattoir operations, meat processing or related food production to join their team in Heidelberg, Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Quality Manager to drive quality control and assurance by identifying potential risks, conducting audits and implementing application-specific solutions, and ensuring compliance. If you have experience in food safety and a proactive mindset, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential risks to product quality and safety.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Implementing solutions to quality-related issues.
- Ensuring all processes meet regulatory requirements and internal company policies.

Requirements:
- Experience in food safety management.
- Background in abattoir operations, meat processing, or food production.
