About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our luxury Big 5 safari lodge team in Hluhluwe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our international guests while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising and guiding kitchen staff
- Ensure high-quality plating, portion control, and presentation of dishes
- Resolve operational and service challenges efficiently
- Execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Maintain awareness of guest expectations and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Skilled in modern and traditional cuisine
