About the Role
We are seeking a highly polished Boutique & Gallery Assistant Manager to support the seamless operation of a high-end retail environment within a leading hospitality setting in Kruger National Park. As part of our luxury lodge team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining world-class standards in conservation and luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the boutique and gallery operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
- Engage with discerning clientele, providing excellent sales and customer service.
- Maintain high-end visual merchandising and gallery styling standards.
- Administer stock control, procedural management, and administrative tasks as required.
- Act as operational lead in the Manager’s absence, maintaining the luxury retail experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain SOPs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
- Strong sales ability and confidence engaging discerning, upmarket clientele.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
- Vibrant; dynamic, organised, and servicedriven personality.
- Creative flair for visual merchandising and gallery styling.
- Strong administrative, stock control, and procedural management skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office; Sage Pastel advantageous).
