About the Role

We are seeking a highly polished Boutique & Gallery Assistant Manager to support the seamless operation of a high-end retail environment within a leading hospitality setting in Kruger National Park. As part of our luxury lodge team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining world-class standards in conservation and luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

Support the boutique and gallery operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
Engage with discerning clientele, providing excellent sales and customer service.
Maintain high-end visual merchandising and gallery styling standards.
Administer stock control, procedural management, and administrative tasks as required.
Act as operational lead in the Manager’s absence, maintaining the luxury retail experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain SOPs.

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
Strong sales ability and confidence engaging discerning, upmarket clientele.
Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
Vibrant; dynamic, organised, and servicedriven personality.
Creative flair for visual merchandising and gallery styling.
Strong administrative, stock control, and procedural management skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office; Sage Pastel advantageous).
