Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations Manage branch fleet, inventory, supplies and equipment Handle customers complaints and feedback Develop and maintain client relationships Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals Negotiate contract terms with clients Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed Gather useful information from customer Identify and research potential clients Qualification and Experience:  Grade 12 Previous experience in managing of staff Previous working experience in the rubber Industry (Advantageous).  Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:  Demonstrated ability in business-to-business sales Good verbal and written communication skills The ability to influence and negotiate with others Familiarity with the industry/Rubber/Mining Computer skills – Word/Excel/Outlook Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients Basic understanding of Health and Safety Must reside in the Gauteng area  Languages English: Speak, Read, and Write
