About the Role
Our client is a construction company specialising in both building works and civil construction, as well as renovation, refurbishment, and design-and-build services. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing effective leadership in the promotion of HSE compliance in the workplace
- Taking complete Responsibility & Accountability for the overall quality compliance of the project under his/her control
- Drives short- and long-term planning and programming and oversees optimal document management and business reporting through SharePoint and the BOS system.
- Plan, monitor and manage project costs, ensuring effective optimisation of site financial performance
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Provide clarity, set objectives and manage reportees performance in accordance with assigned roles and responsibilities
Requirements
- Tertiary Degree / Diploma (Building or Civil)
- SACPCMP (Construction Manager) certification – Non-negotiable
- 10 Years Technical Experience (6 Years Managerial Experience)
- Proven experience within the construction industry
- Experience managing 13 sites simultaneously
- Advance knowledge in Candy, CCS Programming and Planning, SharePoint, OneDrive and Bos & SHEQ Compliance System
Qualifications
SACPCMP (Construction Manager) certification is required. If no SACPCMP certification is mentioned, please do not apply.
Salary & Benefits
