About the Role

Our client is a construction company specialising in both building works and civil construction, as well as renovation, refurbishment, and design-and-build services. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing effective leadership in the promotion of HSE compliance in the workplace
  • Taking complete Responsibility & Accountability for the overall quality compliance of the project under his/her control
  • Drives short- and long-term planning and programming and oversees optimal document management and business reporting through SharePoint and the BOS system.
  • Plan, monitor and manage project costs, ensuring effective optimisation of site financial performance
  • Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
  • Provide clarity, set objectives and manage reportees performance in accordance with assigned roles and responsibilities

Requirements

  • Tertiary Degree / Diploma (Building or Civil)
  • SACPCMP (Construction Manager) certification – Non-negotiable
  • 10 Years Technical Experience (6 Years Managerial Experience)
  • Proven experience within the construction industry
  • Experience managing 13 sites simultaneously
  • Advance knowledge in Candy, CCS Programming and Planning, SharePoint, OneDrive and Bos & SHEQ Compliance System

Qualifications

SACPCMP (Construction Manager) certification is required. If no SACPCMP certification is mentioned, please do not apply.
