About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Creditors Clerk to join our finance and administration team at a well-established dealership in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. As a detail-oriented and organised individual with strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience within the automotive industry, you will be responsible for managing creditors accounts, processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately
• Reconcile creditors accounts and supplier statements
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments
• Resolve account queries and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting
Requirements
Previous experience as a Creditors Clerk within a motor dealership
Strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience
Computer literate with experience on dealership systems advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Traceable references
Clear criminal record and ITC
