About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Client Engagement Consultant to join our dynamic financial services team. This role focuses on engaging existing and new clients, driving product adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities through outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to onboard and engage clients on banking products
- Assist clients with app navigation and product understanding
- Handle client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities
- Perform retention (conservation) calls to prevent account closures
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and campaigns
- Meet service level agreements and quality assurance targets
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Financial degree
- FAIS Accredited qualification (preferred/advantageous)
