As a Credit Controller in the Food Industry, you will play a crucial role in managing credit control processes and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collections
• Review and assess customer credit worthiness
• Resolve customer queries and disputes regarding invoices and payments
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address any credit-related issues
• Prepare and distribute reports on credit control activities
• Implement and maintain credit control policies and procedures
• Identify and escalate any high-risk accounts or potential credit risks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and credit files
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller in the Food Industry
• Accounting 2-3 years
• Accounts Receivable 3-4 years
• Reconciliations 3-4 years
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes, procedures, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Salary: R240k/Yr – R290k/Yr
