Who We Are Looking For
An enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital sales, strategic thinking and relationship-building. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective digital sales strategies that help our clients meet their goals, while driving business growth for the group.
Role Overview:
As the Digital Sales Specialist, you will collaborate directly with our clients, agencies and landlords, ensuring that their digital strategies are aligned with their business objectives. You’ll manage and implement customised digital strategies while meeting budget goals and maintaining positive client relationships. This is a key position where your success will directly contribute to the company’s overall sales and growth.
To thrive in this role, you should be adept at implementing complex digital marketing strategies, managing multiple stakeholders and meeting set targets under pressure. Self-motivation, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for digital trends are essential to succeed.
What You Will Do
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-person and virtual discovery sessions to understand client needs and digital goals
- Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored digital strategies for clients across various platforms
- Digital Presence Management: Oversee and optimise client online presence to maximise performance
- Social media and digital solutions: Present and advise on social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Agency Engagement: Represent the group at national agency roadshows, events and client presentations
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to ensure objectives are met
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies and partners to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Reporting: Provide regular post-campaign reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets, drive new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools,and best practices in the digital marketing and media landscape
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or media sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong existing relationships with digital agencies and clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional time management, organisational and multitasking skills
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media management and online advertising
- Familiarity with major digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email marketing and Wi-Fi advertising
