About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-person and virtual discovery sessions to understand client needs and digital goals
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored digital strategies for clients across various platforms
  • Digital Presence Management: Oversee and optimise client online presence to maximise performance
  • Social media and digital solutions: Present and advise on social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Agency Engagement: Represent the group at national agency roadshows, events and client presentations
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to ensure objectives are met
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies and partners to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Reporting: Provide regular post-campaign reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets, drive new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools,and best practices in the digital marketing and media landscape

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or media sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Strong existing relationships with digital agencies and clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management, organisational and multitasking skills
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media management and online advertising
  • Familiarity with major digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email marketing and Wi-Fi advertising
