About the Role

The Executive: Business Transformation role sits at the centre of a major transformation journey within a large retail banking environment, shaping the future of digital home lending. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale strategic initiatives and driving digital transformation through emerging technologies and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic transformation agenda for the Home Loans business
  • Plan and execute major strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
  • Oversee transformation portfolios, governance structures, and decision frameworks
  • Drive digital transformation through emerging technologies and fintech or proptech partnerships
  • Integrate processes and capabilities across the broader retail banking ecosystem
