Your typical day in a radiology environment includes: Working closely with the rest of the team to provide superior diagnostic and interventional services. Collaborating with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure accurate, timely patient diagnoses. Managing patient care with compassion and professionalism, ensuring comfort and safety throughout their visit with us. Minimum Requirements: Radiography Diploma/Degree Current HPCSA registration Qualified Radiographer with completed community service, preferably 2 years CT Experience including brain, spine, chest, abdomen pre-and post-contrast studies Ability to build and maintain good professional relations with all stakeholders (Radiologists, referring doctors, matrons, ward nurses, and all internal staff- clinical and admin) Some Short/On-line courses completed on self- development and soft skills A valid drivers license and own transport Main Responsibilities: Performing Diagnostic Imaging Procedures Patient Preparation and Care Equipment Maintenance Image Evaluation & Quality Control Record Keeping and Data Management Continuing Professional Development Follow Regulations & Safety Standards Ensure you live the vision and values of the company: Company Mission statement: to be recognized as a leading world class radiology practice, providing high quality customer focused radiology services, efficiently and effectively. Practice ALARA principles Hours of Work: Shift rotation on a weekly basis: 06h00 – 14h30, 07h00 15h30, 07h30 16h00, 08h00 17h00, 08h30 17h30, 09h00 18h00 Weekend Overtime every 4 th weekend: Sat: 06h00 18h00 (time off given for the morning and OT payment for afternoon 6 hours) Sun: 06h00 18h00 (paid as OT) We encourage differently abled people to apply We support an inclusive work environment and welcome applications from individuals with disabilities.
