About the Role
Our specialist legal recruitment division has an exceptional opportunity for a highly competent and experienced Bond Cancellation Secretary to join a well-established legal firm in Johannesburg. This role presents a significant opportunity for a diligent professional to manage critical legal processes and contribute to a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the efficient and accurate processing of bond cancellations, ensuring compliance with all legal and banking requirements.
- Manage deceased estate cancellations.
- Liaise effectively with ABSA and Standard Bank legal departments to facilitate smooth transaction closures.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all cancellation processes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Proactively identify and resolve any bottlenecks or challenges in the cancellation workflow.
- Uphold the firm’s commitment to professionalism and client service through exceptional communication and support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and best practices.
