USA GlobalMarketing is looking for vibrant, energetic individuals with strong sales skills to join our UK telesales team. About the Role This is a full-time, work-from-home position. Applicants must have no other jobs, studies, exams, or commitments that could interfere with the role. A neutral accent and fluent, professional English are essential. You will be contacting our existing UK customers to inform them about their FREE Holiday offer. Extensive training is provided. You will be responsible for opening and closing the sale yourself, with no transfers to another department. Sales experience is essential. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a call centre environment is required. All customers are existing members who have previously purchased from us, meaning there is no cold calling involved. We are looking for positive, motivated individuals who can remain upbeat and enthusiastic. Target Driven & Works well under pressure . Remember, “Smiling and Dialling” is our motto! Working Hours Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $3.75 Weekly pay Performance incentives Bonuses Spiffs Requirements Please note that you must meet all of the following requirements for your application to be considered: Smartphone with WhatsApp (mandatory) Fibre internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload (No airfibre or 5G routers) Laptop or PC running Windows 10, Windows 11, or Mac OS with a 8 G RAM 64-bit processor No tablets or cellular devices USB 2.0 headset (no Bluetooth or AUX headsets) LAN cable connection (must be connected directly between your computer and router) Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator. (MUST last 4-8 hours) All requirements must be met in order for your application to be successful.
