Our client is a specialised supplier within the fenestration and building materials sector, focused on premium uPVC window and door systems. The business partners closely with fabricators, architects, and developers, delivering technically driven solutions. They operate in a performance-focused environment and seek professionals who understand the industry, market dynamics, and technical sales requirements.

Drive new business development within the fenestration market by onboarding fabricators and engaging industry stakeholders. Manage and grow existing accounts while achieving aggressive sales targets. Provide technical guidance on uPVC systems, support project scoping, conduct site visits, and compile accurate quotes. Maintain strong client relationships and actively track market opportunities and competitor activity.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Matric (with Mathematics); relevant Sales/Business qualification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the fenestration (uPVC/windows/doors) industry – non-negotiable
  • 5+ years proven B2B technical sales experience in construction/building materials
  • Strong technical understanding with ability to support fabricators and installers
  • Excellent client relationship management, communication, and self-management skills
