About the Role
A rapidly growing construction organisation is recruiting a Financial Director to lead financial strategy, performance management, and operational finance as the business scales nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic financial leadership and Board advisory.
- M&A execution and capital allocation.
- Banking, bonding and funding strategy.
- 3-year planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Profitability analysis, KPI development and performance reporting.
- Financial governance, compliance and risk management.
- Team leadership and financial systems optimisation.
Requirements
- CA(SA) essential; MBA/MCom advantageous.
- 10+ years finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
- High-growth environment experience (scale-up).
- Construction/project-based industry experience beneficial.
- Strong M&A, banking, and capital-raising exposure.
Qualifications
- CA(SA) certification is required.
