As an HRD Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering training that aligns with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training in line with company objectives
- Monitor internal and external trainer-provided training and take corrective action to improve learning results
- Maintain accurate training records
- Ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act and related legislation
- Schedule training interventions based on needs analysis
- Manage and administer training participant attendance from start to finish
- Assist HR Manager in compiling and administering the annual training budget
- Research and implement improvements on training methods
- Initiate and drive impactful OD projects that achieve their objectives
Requirements
- Matric (NQF 4) or ODETDP Qualification
- Great administration and organisation skills
- Proven keen customer service focus
- Energy and drive to get the job done
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar position
