About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our hospitality company based in Cape Town’s southern suburbs. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and execution of paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google and Meta
- Work alongside senior marketing management and external agencies to brief, launch, and optimise campaigns
- Manage and update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar
- Upload and maintain online promotions, events, blog content, and special offers
- Ensure all digital listings and online information remain accurate and up to date
- Coordinate and schedule social media content according to content calendars
- Assist with copywriting and content creation aligned with the brand’s tone and identity
- Support community engagement and monitor social media interactions
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns through CRM and email platforms
- Maintain and segment CRM databases for targeted marketing initiatives
- Assist with monthly reporting and performance tracking across digital channels
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance metrics
- Support optimisation initiatives based on marketing insights and analytics
- Coordinate digital assets including photography, video, and design materials
- Maintain organised digital content libraries and ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Provide marketing administrative support and assist with cross-departmental coordination
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within hospitality, travel, or luxury brand environments
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms advantageous
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and current online trends
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Basic design capabilities using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills

Salary negotiable depending on experience, in the region of R 26 000 to R 27 000
